18 inches is the physical distance between a consumer’s heart and mind, the two major components responsible for every human decision. TRAFFIK is a full-service advertising agency based in Irvine. They are dedicated to connecting brands and consumers at a deeper, more meaningful level that bridges that all-important 18-inch chasm. Anthony Trimino joined us as a part of our special summer series on Fast Growth: Orange County Companies.

  1. Focus on growth. Many companies do not focus on the overall growth of their business, whether it is because they are comfortable with the quotas they meet or because they feel that they cannot handle growth and change. However, by focusing on growth not just from within your companies current account base, generates a desire to be active and grow in a variety of different areas such as pitches, engagement, and even brainstorming, which allows for the necessary exercise of that company’s weaker components and thus creates a greater opportunity for growth from within the company.

  1. Be courageous. Anthony Trimino shapes his business philosophies around the quote “How are you ever going to walk on water unless you get out of the boat?” This is a philosophy that all CEO’s and or business executives can learn from because in order to run a successful business you have to be willing to do things that others are not willing to do. This will set you and your business apart from others and will also allow more opportunities to surface and more success to be achieved.

  1. Ensure the companies vision and goals align with the staff’s vision and goals. This is a common theme we hear about from many CEO’s that have been interviewed on the Critical Mass Radio Show and Podcast, which only increases its value and intensifies its truth. Hiring the right people to work for you and your business can make or break the goal and vision of your brand and company. Take the time to match the job description to the individual and not the individual to the job. This is sure to guarantee success for your business and success in the execution of obtaining the business goal.Listen to our full interview with Anthony Trimino on the Critical Mass Radio Show here:
