Staying Relevant in a Rapidly Evolving World: Insights from Lisa Caprelli on Critical Mass Radio Show

1. Develop a 360 degree perspective of your brand. When it comes to understanding your business as a whole, it is important to have a well-­rounded view as you build your strategy. This involves everything from the origin story of your brand to the current message framework that you are presenting to your consumers.

2 Embrace technology. In the digital age, it is easy to use technology to distract­­ or simply push away the social networking aspects of business and let someone else in your brand take the lead in this regard. However, when embraced, technology can be used to your advantage, and that of your brand. While on the show, Lisa Caprelli shared that it is in a business leader’s best interest to learn technology/social media techniques utilized by their team members/employees.

3. Balance your hats! Everyone wears different hats in life, Lisa Caprelli explained; these hats include aspects of life such as friends, family, career, connection and adventure. Keeping a grip on all of these life aspects is a balancing acts; one that is difficult but necessary to being happy from a holistic perspective. When you neglect an area of your life, everything will suffer as a result. Stay balanced.
