Critical Mass for Business has an expanding media division in conjunction with the executive coaching business. Through the media division Ric and Doug reach a broad audience of CEOs and executives with their intellectual property.
The Critical Mass Radio Shows
The Critical Mass Series of radio shows were the brainchild of Doug and Ric as a way to extend the power of their CEO peer groups deeper into the Orange County business community. There are two basic formats. One involves interviews with top executives, business owners and entrepreneurs while the other features interviews with Human Resource professionals and coaches.
The CEO shows on Tuesdays and Thursday are an interactive 1-hour with top business thought leaders from the Orange County business community and nationally. These shows are dedicated to topics CEOs and business owners need to know about in today’s business world.
The Thursday show is based on interviews with the prominent members of the Human Resource community in Orange County, California. This show also discusses the role of executive coaching in today’s business world from the client’s perspective.
All of the Radio Shows can be heard live on OCTalkRadio.net. Additionally, they can be broadcast anytime via the MP3 archives available on this website or from popular podcasting sites such as Apple’s iTunes.
